Jimmy
$3000, 7 year old john mule, 15 h. Jimmy is a beautiful mover with a great personality. He really improved his confidence this year with trail rides at Elk Rock State Park and a horse show in Indianola. He has a great willingness to learn and work. He moves like a warm blood, but can get his hind end under him like a Quarter Horse. He is a joy to ride with big strides. He is ready for an experienced rider to take him anywhere or would work well for an intermediate rider with some direction.

Slim $1000, 8 year old john mule, 14 h. He has been shown under saddle and trail ridden and is an excellent mount around other horses and mules. He needs additional training for show level riding, but he is solid on ground work, loading, clipping, and foot care. His fault is that he does not move as beautifully as his siblings, but he is a very kind mule with a lot of potential for someone looking for trail riding and easy keeping.
Lucy $1000, 6 year old molly mule, 14 h. Lucy is Slim’s full sister, but a much sharper mule. She’s going great under saddle and will continue to receive training as long as we have her. She loves attention and is old fashion mule smart. Not a mean bone in her body, but clever as they come. Lucy always wants to go and actually protests when she’s turned back out if she doesn’t think you’ve worked with her enough. She’s going to be a pony mule: stout enough to carry an adult, but perfect size for children. She’s a very solid trail mule who takes care of herself and her rider. She has not been shown, but could be a nice all around youth mule as she is easy to teach and as sound as they come.

Tina
$2000, 5 year old molly mule, 15 h. Tina is a big girl. She’s been
ridden for 30 days and will continue to receive training in 2013. She’s
got a very smooth gait and a lot of curiosity. We’re looking forward to
seeing what she’s got when we start doing advanced training and getting
her out on trails. Tina will make someone an awesome mule that can cover
a lot of ground.

Trixie $2000, 5 year old molly mule, 15 h. Trixie is an absolute peach. She’s a full sister to Jimmy and Arnold (sold in 2010). She’s as kind hearted as they come and is very laid back. She has a big, easy stride and moves with a great deal of confidence and power. She would make an excellent all around mule for someone looking to trail ride, show, or do anything you’d like to teach her. She’s been ridden for 30 days but acts like she’s been ridden for 90. She’s got a phenomenal attitude and is a gem to work with.
